Due to wires down the Rt 24 will need to detour as follows:

Inbound

Via Madison cont to
R) Erie
R) Stettinius ave
L) Observatory to reg rt.

Outbound

Via Observatory

R) Stettinius ave
L) Erie
L) Madison to reg rt.

RCC will advise when clear.
