Detour rt 78 Linh trips Ross and Vine

Due to construction at Ross and Vine the rt 78 LinH trips will need to
detour in and outbound as follows:

Inbound

Via Ross

L) Tower
R) Washington
L) Vine to reg rt.

Outbound

Via Vine
R) Washington
L) Tower
R) Ross to reg rt.

RCC has been informed this should be for one hour until aprox 330 pm.
