detour Rt 43 Lockland

Due to a three car accident/injuries at Section and Reading the Lockland
trips will need to detour in/outbound as follows:

Inbound

Via Reading
L) Summit
R) Reinhold
R) Section
L) Reading to reg rt.

Outbound

Via Reading

R) Section
L) Reinhold
L) Summit
R) Reading to reg rt.

Detour is now clear at 300pm.
