detour Rt 46 & 78 Vine

Due to construction today and tomorrow 7 am - 5 pm the  Rt 46 and Rt 78 will need to detour as follows:

Outbound

Via Vine
R 13th
L Main
L Liberty
R Vine to reg rt.


RCC will advise when clear.
