At this time workers are replacing the lights with LEDs through out the whole tunnel. Operators will still be able to use the RfTC at this time. This should last 2 to 3 days. The operators may have to park in different spots based on where they are working. If the workers end up closing any gates they will be on the Broadway side and operators will just need to exit the central side of the RfTC
