Detour Rt 46 & 78 Vine/15th

Due to a blockage on Vine; The rt 46 and rt 78 will need to detour outbound only as follows:

Via Vine
R Central Parkway
L Main
L Liberty
R Vine to reg rt.

RCC will advise when clear.
