Due to a police matter the rt 17 will need to detour as follows:
inbound
Via Clifton onto Vine
L Liberty
R Walnut to reg rt.
outbound
Via Main
L Liberty
R Vine onto CLifton to reg rt.
RCC will advise when clear.
