Due to a blockage Fountain square  on 5th at Vine; Rt 1 6 27 32 49, and 50 will need to detour as follows:

 

 

Via 5th

 

L Vine

R 7th

R Walnut

L 5th to reg rt.

 

 

 

RCC will advise when clear.
