Due to police activity, the inbound 11 and Westbound 31 will have to detour.
 
Via Taft
R- Victory Parkway
L- Yale
L- Gilbert (11 to reg. rt.)
R- Taft (31 to reg. rt.)
 
RCC will advise when cleared.
