revised detour 6 & 32

Detour Lifted.
 
Due to construction, 5th street down to one lane will have rt 6 32  to detour as follows:
 
 
Via 5th
R- Sycamore
R- 4th
R- Main to reg rt.
 
 
RCC will advise when clear.
