Due to a pedestrian  struck, Reading Rd is blocked at Liberty. The RTS 4 & 43 will detour outbound only:

 

Via-Main

R-Central Pkwy

L-Sycamore

R-Liberty

L-Reading Rd.

 

RCC will advise when clear.
