Detour rt 78 TC Vine/Murray

Due to DUKE ENERGY work on Northbound Vine the Rt 78 TC will need to detour as follows:
 
Outbound
Via Vine
 
R Murray onto Laidlaw
L Paddock
L Towne
R Vine to reg rt.
 

RCC will advise when clear.
