Detour Rt 11 and 31 Taft

Due to police blocking at Taft and Victory Parkway  the Rt 11 and 31 will need to detour inbound/westbound as follows:
 
Via Taft
 
R Victory Parkway
L Yale
L Park
R Taft to reg rt.
 
 
RCC will advise when clear.
