Detour Rt 33 Warsaw and Wells

Due to an accident at Warsaw and Wells the Rt 33 will need to detour
inbound only as follows:

Inbound

Via Warsaw
R) Wells
L) 8th
L) Elberon
R) Warsaw to reg rt.

RCC will advise when clear.
