The ramp to the lower deck of the Western Hills Viaduct from Westwood/Harrison Ave. will be closed this Thursday and Friday November 4th & 5th from 9am - 4pm for construction work. The ramp will be open for morning and afternnon rush hours.
The route 27 & 49 wil have to detour inbound and the route 31 Eastbound.
