Detour Rt 43 Reading and victory parkway

Due to a bus accident the rt 43 will need to detour both directions as
follows:

Inbound

Via Reading
R) Tennessee
L) Padddock
R) Reading

Outbound

Via Reading
L) paddock
R) Tennessee
L) Reading to reg rt.

RCC will advise when clear.
