Detour Rt 31 and 27

Due to construction at Bank and Dalton for 1 hour the Rt 27 and 31 will
need to detour inbound/eastbound only as follows:

Inbound Rt 27

Via Spring Grove
L) Harrison
R) Patterson
L) Bank to reg rt.

Eastbound Rt 31

Via Dalton
onto Spring Grove
R) Harrison
R) Patterson
L) Bank to reg rt.

Should only last one hour.
