detour Rt 49 Central ave and 14

Due to a trailer unloading blocking Central ave at 14th the rt 49 will
need to detour outbound only as follows:

Outbound

Via Central ave

R) Ezzard Charles
L) Central Parkway
L) 14th
R) Central to reg rt.

RCC will advise when clear.
