Rt 31 Liberty and Dalton

Due to an auto accident at Kenner and Dalton the police have the road
blocked at Liberty. The 31 will need to detour as follows:

Eastbound

Via Gest
continue on gest
L) Freeman onto winchell
L) Liberty
R) Dalton to reg rt.

Westbound

Via Dalton
L) Liberty
R) Western
R) Gest to reg rt.

RCC will advise when clear.
