Due to construction and road bloackage at 7th and sycamore the outobund
rt 11 and 71 will need to detour as follows for 2 hours:
Outbound
Rt 11 and 71
Via 7th
R) Sycamore
L) 5th
L) Broadway
R) court
L) Gilbert to reg rt.
RCC will advise when clear should be 2 hours per car 1.
