Detour Woodburn Rt 31 W and 11 inbound

Due to Construction on Woodburn at Taft the Rt 31 W and Rt 11 Inbound will need to detour as follows:

Rt 31 W  Rt 11 In

Via Woodburn
R Burdett
L Ashland
R Taft to reg rt.

RCC will advise when clear.
