Detour Rt 46 and Rt 78 Vine/12th

Due to heavy equipment parked on Vine beyond 12th street the Rt 46 and Rt 78 will need to detour as follows:

Outbound

Via Vine
R 12th
L Main
L LIberty
R Vine to reg rt.

RCC will advise when clear.
