Detour Rt 16 Rt 43 Winton Hills

Due to a 4 car accident on Clifton at Spring Grove the Rt 16 and Rt 43 Winton HIlls will need to use detour as follows:

Stay on Mitchell in and outbound.

RCC will advise when clear.
