Lower level of Western Hills viaduct

Due to a accident, the lower level of the viaduct is blocked outbound.  Rts 27 & 49 & pull-outs will detour:

Via- Spring Grove
R-Harrison
L-Brighton
L-Central Pkwy
  to upper deck of Western Hills viaduct
