Detour Rt 31 East Dalton

Due to construction on Dalton at tunnel Rt 31 will need to detour eastbound as follows:
 
 
Eastbound
 
Via Gest continue
L Freeman
onto Winchell
L Liberty.
 
RCC will advise when clear.
