Detour rt 24 Madison/Observatory

Due to an auto accident with injuries the rt 24 will need to detour outbound only as follows:
 
 
Via Madison
 
continue  to
R Erie
R Stettinius
L Observatory to reg route.
 
 
 
RCC will advise when clear.
