Due to construction on 4th/Walnut the bus stop has been closed. Route 21 & express service will detour until further notice:

R-3rd
R-Vine
L-4th.
Signs are clearly posted advising passengers of this change. A temporary sign is placed on 4th just past Vine st( in front of TJ Maxx).
