Bus stops are out of service in and outbound on Reading due to construction near sycamore & 12th St.
The Rt 3 X and Rt 4 will need to use detour inbound as follows:
Inbound
Via Reading
continue onto Central Parkway
L Sycamore to reg rt.
RCC will advise when clear.
