Detour Main and Liberty Rt 17 19 24 39

Due to 3 car accident at Main and Liberty the rt 17, 19, 24, and 39 will need to detour.
 
Via Main
L 12th
R Vine
R Liberty
L Main to reg rt.
 
RCC will advise when clear.
