Detour for Route 28

Due to a major leak from Delta to Collins the Route 28 will have to
detour. The detour is follows:

INBOUND

Via Riverside
R - Delta
L - Columbia Pkwy
L - Pike
R - 4th
R - Broadway
To regular Route

OUTBOUND

Via 5th
Onto Columbia Pkwy
R - Delta
L - Eastern
To regular route

RCC will advise when clear
