Detour 5th street at Vine

For about 16 minutes we were blocked at 5th and Vine; All coachs were
instructed to detour as follows:

Rt 11 17 19 20 24 33 39

Via Walnut
L 7th
R Sycamore
R 4th
R Main to service stop at AREA G federal building.

Other coaches had assistance from car 1 and car 2 on scene.

Clear at 11 am. Back to orginal detour set for city for the Crane on
Walnut.
