Gov SQ closing construction

Due to Gov SQ closing the routes pulling into gov sq will need to
servise stalls as follows:

Rt 11, 17, 19, 20, 24, 33, 39, and 71

Will continue to left on 5th to service AREA E

Rt 43 and 46

Will continue to left on 5th and service AREA G 550 Main.

This will be for the remainder of the evening.
