We can use Sycamore to 4th revised at 10 12am.

detour as follows:

Rt 1 westbound

Via Broadway

continue to
L) 6th
L) Sycamore
R) 4th to reg rt.

Rt 49 outbound

Via 4th
R) Broadway
L) 6th
L) Sycamore
R) 4th to reg rt.

Car 1 states will be closed until 4pm today.
