Due to traffic accident, and car hitting pole, all traffic lights are
out along Spring Grove including Winton.

Route 47 outbound will detour

via Mitchell
L-Kenard
turn around in Kroger's parking lot
via Kenard
L-Mitchell
to regular route

This is in addition to the inbound detour for route 47
