Revised: Detour Rt 78 Tri County

revised detour service supervisor states we can not use worthington will
use mills in and outbound as suggested.

Due to a homecoming parade- the Rt 78 will need to detour from 630 pm -
700 pm off of Springfield as follows:

Inbound

Via Springfield
L) Chestnut
R) Burns
R) Mills
L) Springfield to reg rt.

Outbound

Via Springfield
R) MIlls
L) Burns
L) Chestnut
R) Springfield to reg rt.

This will be for 30 minutes.
