Gov sq open at 11 54 am back to reg rt.

Due to construction in Gov Sq all coach's will need to continue on
Walnut make left onto 5th service stall E then make left onto Main to
reg rt.

Car 2 Berry at Gov sq to care for passengers and signs.

RCC will advise when clear.
