Detour Rt 46 and 78 vine st

Due to construction on Vine street hill the Rt 46 and 78 will use
Clifton in and outbound per service supervisor as follows:

Inbound

Rt 46 and 78

Via Calhoun
L) Clifton
R) VIne to reg rt

Outbound

Via VIne
L) Clifton
R) McMIllan to reg rt.

78 will make L Vine to reg rt.

RCC will advise when clear
