Detour RT 31 McMillan and Woodburn

Due to construction on the eastbound Rt 31 will need to detour as
follows:

Eastbound

Via Mcmillan

L) Woodburn
R) Taft
R) Ingleside
L) McMIllan to reg rt.

RCC will advise when clear.
