Detour Rt 27 and 31

Due to construction on winchell and bank the rt 27 and 31 will need to
detour as follows:

Inbound Rt 27

Via Spring Grove

L) Harrison
R) Patterson
L) Bank to reg rt.

Eastbound Rt 31

Via Dalton
continue onto Spring Grove
R) Harrison
R) Patterson
L) Bank to reg rt.

RCC will advise when clear.
