Due to construction and heavy traffic at elsinore and reading the rt 43
45 and 47 will detour as follows:

Inbound

R) Court to reg rt.

Outbound

R) Eggelson
immediate L Court
L) Gilbert
L) Elsinore
R) Reading to reg rt.

RCC will advise when clear.
