McMicken/Elder--routes 17, 18, 19, xtra service

MSD called via landline to report that traffic at McMicken at Elder will
be reduced to one lane, so that emergency work can be performed.

Work is supposed to last Thursday (12), Friday (13), Monday (16), and
Tuesday (17). Hours are supposed to be from 7AM until 530PM.

Flaggers will be on site to maintain traffic. Buses will be flagged
through.
